Our Drainage Services
Blocked or damaged drains on commercial sites can lead to major disruption, health and safety concerns, and costly downtime. From blocked staff facilities to overflowing drains, we deliver rapid, expert drainage services tailored for businesses across all sectors.
Our fully qualified engineers with specialist equipment can resolve everything from simple blockages to complex underground drainage problems. Whether you need urgent support to keep your site operational or a planned maintenance programme to prevent disruption, we provide reliable solutions to keep your business flowing smoothly.
Drain Jetting
In most cases, high-pressure water jetting is the fastest and most effective way to clear a blockage. It can navigate tight bends, travel deep into pipework, and apply enough force to dislodge even the most stubborn debris.
We’ve invested in a comprehensive fleet of jetting vehicles, ready to take on jobs of any size – quickly, safely, and with minimal disruption to your property. Blocked drain? Backed-up sewer? Whatever the issue, we can clear it fast.
Drain Repairs
Drain damage can escalate fast if left unchecked. While blockages are often easy to fix, issues like tree roots, ground movement, or flooding can cause serious structural damage.
At Mayglothling, we use CCTV surveys to pinpoint the problem and carry out fast, effective repairs.
Noticed slow drainage or bad smells? Call our expert team today and we’ll get it sorted before it becomes a bigger problem.
CCTV surveys:
Keeping your drainage system in top condition starts with knowing what’s going on below the surface. At Mayglothling, we offer specialist CCTV drain surveys to identify issues early before they become costly problems.
From minor blockages and scale build-up to more serious issues like cracked or collapsed pipes, our surveys give a clear, accurate picture of your system’s condition. Early detection can mean the difference between a quick fix and a major repair.
We also use CCTV technology to support other services, such as precision root cutting, helping ensure as much debris is cleared as possible for long-term performance.
Why choose regular drain inspections?
Root Cutting Services
Tree root ingress is a common cause of blocked or damaged drains.
Using specialist root cutting equipment, our engineers can quickly remove invasive roots from pipework, restoring full flow without the need for costly excavations. Combined with CCTV drain surveys, we can identify the source of the problem and provide long-term solutions to protect your drainage system.
Drain Relining Services
When drains are cracked, leaking, or weakened, excavation isn’t always necessary.
Our no-dig drain relining technology restores the strength and integrity of your pipework by installing a durable lining inside the existing drain. This creates a seamless, watertight barrier that prevents leaks, root ingress, and further damage — all with minimal disruption to your site and operations

Here at Mayglothling your feedback is always important to us.

On Sunday we found out the holding tank at the church was full. We are on the Offa’s Dyke path and the toilet here is used by a large number of walkers so I called up on Monday morning with an emergency situation. After seeing what they could do, your team had someone out to us by Monday afternoon allowing me to reopen the church that day for the walkers which was absolutely fantastic.
It was a very good, proactive response and fantastic service so full marks to Mayglothling.
Karen Stafford Smith – St Michaels Church – July 2025

We had quite a serious drainage issue here. I called up and you came the following day which I was very grateful for – such speedy service. The young man who came out to us was very helpful and cooperative and did his best to complete the job as needed. It was great service.
